British wine critic Jancis Robinson had this to say about Sentio's Spumante Rosé:
"Pale rose-petal pink. Good bit of froth and not much nose but it certainly doesn’t taste extra dry. Raspberries with icing sugar. Very pretty, lots of soft lacy mousse, easy with a neat finish. You’re not going to stop in your tracks here, but as a canapé-party pink it would do a decent job."
